back and hip pain
Hi there

The muscle responsible for your backpain seems to be the Quadratus lumborum.
This muscle runs between the top of the hip and along the lower back vertebrae to the floating rib and balances the upper and lower torso.

You can overcome this problem by massaging the base of the spine, between the hipbones 30 seconds at a time and about 10 times a day.
This will reset the energy to these muscles and restore proper function.

Make sure to drink plenty of clean unchlorinated water.
You could be allergic to chlorine.

Good luck

Have you seen your primary doctor? If not you should first see your primary doctor and go from there.
