Hi,
Welcome to the forum and I am glad to help you out. There's a possibility that you're suffering from oligohydramnios. In this condition, the amount of amniotic fluid produced is much less than what's required for the adequate growth of the growing baby. This can easily be diagnosed by doing an ultrasound of the uterus.

Another possibility is a decreased growth of the fetus. This is called small for gestational age. You need to consult an obstetrician for the same and seek an opinion. The treatment will depend upon the underlying cause.

I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
