I am 23 weeks pregnant right now and I look huge right under my ribs but down lower I look, well, not pregnant. The baby seems to be ver high and I feel very crowded under my ribs. This is my 4th baby and I have come to get use to te fact that they stay up very high unti I go into labor. The doctor says that the baby is kind of like "hooked" up and back . She says there are ways to "unhook" her by getting on all fours and moving my middle section up and down. I've tried but this has never worked. I need some tips if any one has experienced the same.

*any tips will help, this little baby girl kicks like you wouldn't believe and boy does it hurt!
