1. Stop sweets, deep fried foods, carbohydrates, canned and processed foods, and oily foods
2. Exrecise well. Brisk walk and more physical activities are advised.
3. Use roasted and powdered pepper corns and cumin seeds in daily diet.
4. Use cooked fish and sea foods (not deep fried)
5. Drink a glass of warm water mixed with 2 tea spoons of honey and 1/2 squeezed lime as soon as you wake up.
6. Concentrate more on weight reduction
7.Eat more fresh vegetables and fruits.

what i do for loosing weight with pco?
hi, i am 27 year old.my weight is 70 kg & height is 5.1 feet.i have 3 year old baby with operation.my period is started in my 11 year ege.it is irregular (late). my wight is gain 5kg at that time. doctor say i suffer form pco.After baby my period is regular but wight is very gained. I try yoga,gim,walking,dieting but my no result for loos weight.i doctor give me "bigomet sr 500" 2 per day.Any side effect with it? now i depress ple talk what i do for it?
