1. Stop sweets, deep fried foods, carbohydrates, canned and processed foods, and oily foods
2. Exrecise well. Brisk walk and more physical activities are advised.
3. Use roasted and powdered pepper corns and cumin seeds in daily diet.
4. Use cooked fish and sea foods (not deep fried)
5. Drink a glass of warm water mixed with 2 tea spoons of honey and 1/2 squeezed lime as soon as you wake up.
6. Concentrate more on weight reduction
7.Eat more fresh vegetables and fruits.
