Autoimmune antibodies

I am a 23 year old female who has had blood tests recently which according to my doctor showed high levels of autoimmuine antibodies. She has ordered several more tests to be done and I am very frustrated and upset as I don't know what any of this means and its taking so long for results to come back. I don't understand what autoimmune antibodies mean, could I be healthy and still have these in my blood. The worry is driving me crazy!
