I have been experiencing penis change over last year - my penis has shrunk about 60% of size because of muscle atrophy at base. The muscles seem knotted. My penis is now much smaller and curving making sex very difficult and unsatisfying and sometimes uncomfortable. I feel very embarassed to see a doctor. I don't have any bladder problems. I am very worried about this. Any advice would be appreciated.
