what are the best medicine that can cure asthma, or can i take a lung vitamins to easily cure it

If it could be easily cured, don't you think more people would do so and that it wouldn't be that big of a deal?

You can't cure asthma. It's a chronic condition. Although many people grow out of it and some can get physically fit enough where they can control their symptoms better.

Also, staying away from your triggers, like smoke, strong odors, or allergens can help. I have also heard that moving to a dry climate like the desert or sitting in salt caves help some people with severe enough symptoms.

No vitamins, though.

Asthma and Breathing Through Nose
Although not a cure- Other things you can try is if you are starting to wheeze, in ancient Indian medicine, they say you should try breathing through your nose rather than mouth. This was also reported as affective on BBC News to decrease wheezing/coughing. The air warms through your nostrils and will not cause as much wheezing.

But for attacks, you obviously want your inhaler on hand.

breathe through your nose should help- its also part of Aryuvedic medicine (ancient indian medicine) to help wheezing
