I use to suffer from asthma frequently upuntil i had a bad attack at the age of 21. since then i havent really had problems... i suffer from Hay fever too, which it seems to me im growing out of, i think as i dont suffer as bad as i use to..
Now, it seems when ever i get a sore throat, i get a cough, its quite sore at first until it breaks, but while ihave this, i seem to get quite breathless , wheezy, and out of breath when i move around more so.. night time, i am sleeping, but the feeling of not being able to breathe properly is getting me down..
Now my GP said asthma starts in the throat.. is this true..
i have now been given inhalers , one which is a preventative and another a reliever..
its driving me mad as this seems to be getting quite a regular occurance..
please can you give me some advice.
