I was born with asthma and am 38 years old. I have been on the same medication for 20yrs. It is working great for me until I get sick then the doctor gives me what I need to get better. Then back to the same old. Anyway my doctor recently quit his practice and I have found a new doctor. He wanted to try to cut back on my meds, so, I cut out completely albuterol sulfate pills 8mg. day and cut down to 500mg. from 800mg. of Theo-24 a day and added advair 100/50. I still take 500mg. of Theo-24, singulair 10mg., and proair rescue inhaler as needed. The problem is that I started this change on 03-21-09 and by 03-24-09 I started to not be able to catch my breath and coughing up mucus. By Friday the 27th I ended up in his office not breathing and he insisted I was having a panic attack. I have never had a panic attack in my life, my blood pressure was 114/72 and my pulse was 120. My pulse was high because I could'nt breath. He sent me have with some pills to calm me down. They have done nothing. My whole body hurts and I feel like I have bronchitis my temp goes from 101.8 to 98.8 with advil. I am at a loss. I don't know what to do. Please help.

Asthma and nuitrition
I had very bad alergies which lead to asthma. I was hospitalized three times. From over the counter drugs to prescriptions I tried them all. However, I heard of the OPC, ORAC and Isotonix and they are a very good anti- inflamatories and anti-oxidents. I tried them because I was desperate and didn't care if they work or not. Guess what, they worked and for the past three years I have 4 inhallers never been touched and never took a pill or a shot. Good luck
