I have been diagnosed with Asthma over a year ago now. It seems like after I suffer a bad Asthma attack. I feel like sick for a period of like 3 days after the major attack. I am really tired, weak, have no energy, and short of breath.

Also, I have been suffering from sinus headaches with a runny nose, stuffy nose, and sneezing. Is this an allergy? Happens mostly in the Garden Center of Walmart (Work) and at home.
