Would anyone wear a t-shirt or use things that was given by their ex after breaking up with them? Does it mean anything? Eventhough the other party have given back everything else which belongs to the ex?

I would. It's yours right? Yeah, they gave it to you but why not use it? The only time I think I got rid of anything an ex gave me is when I wanted nothing to remind me of him. I think it would also depend on what it was that they gave you and the terms of the break up. I don't think it means anything to keep it.

I would use it or wear it within reason. I wouldn't wear a diamond ring that an ex gave me, but a shirt or furniture. I'd absolutely use it.

The things is when we broke up it wasn't a nice one I gave him back Everything that he ever gave me including a gold chain and pendant. Now that he is married I don't know why he still use them and doesn't his wife mind if she know that it's me who gave it to him.

He probably doesn't care. men are very different from women. Women are more emotional about things and to him it may just be a piece of clothing and it has no significance to it.His wife might not know you gave him those things.

Thanks ~*Melissa*~ never thought of it that way and you're right men are from Mars and women are from Venus we are not the same women are indeed more emotional about things like that.

Yeah, I think ~*~Melissa~*~ nailed it...if I broke up with some one but really dug the T then I would wear it... Cool a cool T is a cool T ...I bet ya his wife doesn't know that you gave them to him cuz I think she would not be cool with that depending on her level of insecurity and jealousy. Confused Then again there are always extenuating circumstances to be considered so every case would be different.. Confused

Why is it because you miss her or because of other reason (if you don't mind)

my attitude has always been if people wanna give me stuff fine if i can use it i keep it if i cant well i get rid of it. i dont think that it should matter where it came from --just personal opinion.

If I was in a serious relationship that didn't work out, I would get rid of everything that I had because of it. Call me extreme....but that's how I am. Even if I had to throw it out or sell it to buy one exactly like it (if I really needed it) so I could say it was mine from the beginning. Beware the person who messes with me huh? lol

Yeah, if the mere thought of the item coming from him brings sad or bad memories then get rid of it and replace it with your own, that is good advise!
