i would just want to ask about possible side effects of ascorbic acid overdose. Im 4 week pregnant and wanted to end pregnancy using ascorbic acid. i have already used it for 8 days now consuming 12 gms per day. i desperately want to know the options i should take in case i don't menstruate or if the procedure fails. I got this info of using Vit C as abortifacient on the net. i have no one to tell about my pregnancy. I am so ashamed of what i am doing and i must say it is really draining. I am 30 years old and not wanting to have a baby because i am hypertensive. i suffered eclampsia during my first pregnancy and i am really scared.my last period was on dec 22, 2008. i have a 28 day regular cycle. I had an unprotected sex on jan. 9.I had positive P test on the 7th day passed due my period. Kindly help me please.
