Q: ascending testicles and workout

im 19, and have started to have my right testicle ascend up into the body during sex and during arousal. it can be easily nudged down.

only thing different in my life is my workout, ive started to really put effort into it and im taking creatine glucamide and protien (mass builder) shakes.

what do i do? do i need to worry? am i going to be fertile?
