Hi
Welcome to the forum!
The symptoms of extended menstrual cycle with clots is not a usual side effect of 50EC of Arthrotec. However if you were pregnant, this drug can cause miscarriage with excessive bleedings. Arthrotec can also cause menstrual irregularities and if your hormonal system is sensitive to this drug it can cause a prolonged bleeding.
It is also possible that you have conditions like fibroids, adenomyosis, entometriosis etc which are causing the prolonged bleeding and clots.
Please discuss this with your doctor who prescribed the drug and your gynecologist. Hope this helps. Take care!
