hey i came across this that arthritis pain can be bought under control by doing very simple things like physical activity or exercises. Spread it around to others who are suffering frm OA or RA and help them live a beautiful life too...

Reason Why Physical Activity Relieves Pain

Exercise dramatically increases the electrical activity in the body. The number of nerve and muscle impulses are naturally elevated when we are more active. Because every electrical impulse generates an electromagnetic field, exercise boosts the natural energy fields of the body. So, in addition to its strengthening and muscle toning benefits, exercise relieves chronic pain by generating more of the same electromagnetic energy that is used in BioResonance Therapy

Hi-welcome to the forum..
I was wondering do you have arthritis or chronic pain?
I do have Osteoarhtirits amongst alot of other autoimmune diseases..The only part I can agree with is that exercising lightly keeps me moving..If I did strenuous exercise I would not be able to move due to the inflammation it would cause in my muscles..
I do have chronic pain also and have for years-unfortuantely exercie has not stopped the pain but it keeps me moving-I would freeze up if I didn't do some exercise..
Exercie would be a true healer (if) it worked that way for so many of us..I wish it did-I really do..For anyone it takes the pain away for I say go for it and congratulations..FOr me I can't hardly write anymore-certainly not that legiable so I type..Typing is getting to where it hurts more after the last fall I had..But, I continue to keep fingers moving..
