Symptoms of Arthritis
Symptoms of arthritis include pain and limited function of joints. Inflammation of the joints from arthritis is characterised by joint stiffness, redness, swelling, and warmth. Tenderness of the inflamed joint can be present.
Treatment of Arthritis
The aim of treatment is to reduce pain, improve function, and prevent further joint damage. Exercise can help relieve stiffness, reduce pain and fatigue, and improve muscle and bone strength.

Strength training for muscle tone
Range of motion exercises for flexibility
Physical therapy may be recommended. This include the following:-
Heat or ice
Splints to support joints and help improve their position; this is often needed for rheumatoid arthritis
