Hi I have been having heart palpitations for two plus weeks. Would be great if you could provide some advice. I am middle aged and fit. Wore a Holter Monitor for 24 hours

results were:

Dominant Heart Rhythm - sinus rhythm?

Predominant arrhythmia - Sinus Rhythm and frequent AE's?

Ventricular ectopic frequency - < 1%?

Mean Heart Rate 56
Max HR 105
Minimum HR 34

Ischaemic ST-T depression - NO

recommendations:
SR, marked sinusbradycardia during sleep, ?SET, ?review USE/TFT's?

Please what does all these results mean?

thanks

Current medical status: Heart Palpitations For Two Weeks and some Chest Pain
Current medical treatment: Asprin

I am not sure about these abbreviations (AE’s, SET, USE/TFT’s) but it looks like your heart is generally okay. You have arrhythmias (extrasistoles and bradicardia) that probably cause you palpitations.

You may need an echo-cardiography and stress test for further heart evaluation.

You may want to consult a cardiologist about this.
