Armpit lump. 16 years old boy

I am 16 years old boy, and a couple of days ago I found a small lump under my skin on my left armpit. The area is not red and the lump is not visible above the skin, it does hurt when I touch it. I'm just wondering if anyone on here knew what this was.

It's all under the skin, not visible at all from the surface.
