Rest your arm and take some non-opiate painkillers (aspirin, paracetamol, ibuprofen, ketoprofen etc.) to relieve the arm pain. A warm bath (hydrotherapy) is also useful. If your arm doesn’t feel better after 10 days you may want to visit your GP.
