Hi Rambita

I am sorry to hear about your problem. There is a solution to it...

I had painful Sciatica for 4 years and I was determined to find a cure without going to hospital. I then came across a program called Healing Codes. After doing the Healing Codes for 4 weeks the pain in my let had completely vanished. All You do is 5 different had postitions around the face for 6 mins 3 times a day for period 30 days with positive thoughts and deep breathing.... It feels a little strange but it WORKS!!!

If you dont want to pay the cost for the whole program, email me and i will sort something out Smile

What you can do now is everyday for the next 30 days is stroll around in your garden or in the park barefoot 15 mins. This is called grounding and does wonders for the whole body... you also sleep better too.

Let me know how you get on

All the best

Charles
