Extremely eHealthy
I think you are having a case of impetigo, a superficial skin infection that is very contagious.
Skin that have been injured, skin with insect bites, scrapes, are areas susceptible to infection with Staphylococcus or Streptococcus, leading to this kind of lesions.
Impetigo contagiosa (infectious), manifests with pimple-like lesions surrounded by reddened skin feeling sore and itchy.
Lesions start as blisters which fluid becoming pus filled, and in a period of 4-6 days they will break down forming a thick, honey-colored crust.
Very often, the infection is spread by scratching it and then touching other parts of the body.

Ask for physicians care as soon as possible!
Antibiotic therapy in the form of lotion, ointment or pills should be taken.

Best wishes!
