trapach - this below supports your case but it is quite a low sample

ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION
Relaxation of the cavernous smooth muscle is required for penile erection, while nitric oxide triggers such relaxation. Stanislavov
R and Nikolova V. Seminological Laboratory SBALAG, Bulgaria, investigated the possibility of overcoming erectile dysfunction (ED)
by increasing the amounts of endogenous NO.

Pyconogenol is known to increase production of NO by nitric oxide syntase together with L-arginine as substrate for this
enzyme. They orally administered 40 men, aged 25-45 years, with pycnogenol and L-arginine. They found that treatment with a
combination of L-arginine and Pycnogenol for the following month increased the number of men with restored sexual ability to
80%. And, 92.5% of the men experienced a normal erection, after the third month of treatment. They concluded that oral
administration of L-arginine in combination with Pycnogenol causes a significant improvement in sexual function in men with ED.

Try this- it really really worked wonders for me within 2 months
This is what worked for me after many months of research and trail by error on proper dosages and supplementation ...1000mg Vitamin C. 50-100mg ZINC, 400IU E, 2000IU D3, Chelated Magnesium 200-400mg, Gingko Biloba 120mg, Good Multi vitamin containing 2mg copper, B Complex-emphasis B6. Arginine 5 grams daily. Citrulline 2-5 grams daily. Tribulus 3-4 capsules daily. Pycnogenol-2 60mg capsules daily. Novatest (natural estrogen blocker). Cool Cayenne Pepper 2-4 capsules daily. Tyrosine 500-1500mg nightly before bed. I have also been dabbling with Potassium but skeptical due to risks involved with heavy supplementaion (drink OJ and high natural potassium rich foods and watch salt consumption).

Things to avoid: Alcohol is your worst enemy-(especially Beer due to the Hops- google it), stress, lack of sleep. Too much sodium
Things to do: exercise- lift weights- heavy as u can- squats, bench and deadlifts- strengthen and lose that gut.

I seriously had issues until I tried this regimin. Another key is your partner-they need to assist you in all of this. If they aren't on board with your problems and issues and react negatively vs. trying to "make things work patiently"- things will get worse. Lose that partner and find someone who is supportive. Most of this is mental and a poor diet. Best of luck. I would like to see if you have same result as I did.

go to my blog and look at citrulline - I combine it with L-Arginine. I find doses of 6 grams each works wonders addign the pycnogenol. I am not sure what component works best but whatever the chemistry behind it it works- I just added cayenne pepper- 3 times daily and will see form there. Good stuff and topic

L-arginine, pycnogenol, ED
I take 3 to 6 grams of L-arginine a day, it'll make you rock hard like you're 17 again. I take pycnogenol off and on but it doesn't seem to make much difference even though the research suggests it should.
