one early morning while walking lady in a car called me.she parked at nearby parking lot. she claimed was drunk but didnt smell any alcohol. she asked to see my penis which i showed her and immediately sucked on it and i pulled back. she got out of the car and pull my dick out again and demanded i rub her ass with my penis with her attire on.she immediately pulled down her pants and forcefully pushed my penis into her ass. as she was bending over for penetration into the vagina i pulled myself out. my penis was in her ass for about 5 seconds and quickly withdrew.she got mad at me and entered her car and drove off. i felt extremely stupid
worries and anxieties started.i tested after two weeks and was -ve. after 4 weeks i had a slight cough and took expectorant and it went,i have had headaches, swollen lymph node in armpit, groin and neck, now am feeling feverish with nausea.
i have been on the net reading about HIV infection, are these symptoms real or anxieties? am i infected ?

Hello and thank you for posting your medical question on E health forum. ‎

All unprotected acts of sexual penetration (anal, vaginal, oral) carry a risk of HIV transmission because they bring ‎sexual secretions directly into contact with exposed mucous membrane. ‎

Your symptoms do not appear to be due to HIV. They are suggestive of stress associated with bacterial infection of ‎the upper respiratory tract. ‎

You might consult your doctor, for a prescription of antibiotics for a few days, which might help to clear the ‎infection. ‎

To relieve your anxiety and for a definitive diagnosis of your HIV Status, you might consider getting screened with ‎HIV test. This will help you get over the past exposure and move on ahead in your life. ‎
