i have had them a while now, i am 15 and have not had sex, are they somthing to do with puberty or what . also are there any ways to get rid of them.thanks.

i think they are normal. nothing to worry about. everyone has it just not as pronounced. it may go down as u get older. i had weird penis things during puberty.
