With other cholesterol numbers in normal limits, my triglycerides have been falling 6-7 points each year for the last couple years - currently they are 27. My diet is less than healthy, but I have no other health concerns. No one has much information on abnormally low triglycerides. Should I be concerned - how low is too low? Thanks.
