Hello and welcome to e health forum.

Kidney cysts , do not produce any form of signs and symptoms related to the bowels.

Simple renal cysts are usually, asymptomatic in most of the cases and are detected incidentally in most adults above the age of 50 years.

You might consult a doctor, who can gain more history and then determine the cause of your symptoms, after necessary investigations.
