I'm 44 and my husband is 39. WE have been TTC for a year and just found that we have male factor issues. I have RPL due to Low progesterone in the LP which is being successfully corrected with the use of femara.

We just found that my husband has low count and poor motility. We also found that he has low testosterone levels - 303 on a normal range of 348-1187. His FSH and LH are perfectly normal though.

the data and test results included are his results as his is the primary factor

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
You can discuss the possibility of getting IVF and/or ICSI done to help you with pregnancy if you are not successful in pregnancy plans within 6 months of getting started on appropriate treatment. The underlying cause for the abnormal semen analysis findings should be looked for (with further evaluation) to get your partner started on correct measures and treatment to correct the treatable causes to improve the semen analysis results. If the FSH and LH hormones for him are within normal range, obstructive causes for the abnormal semen analysis should be ruled out. He should consider visiting his urologist/Andrologist for further evaluation and assistance.
Take care.
