So the woman who is the focus of this article on ABCnews.com says she had an abortion addiction which prompted her to have 15 abortions in 16 years. Have you ever head of an abortion addiction before and do you think it is possible to have an abortion addiction.

I wouldn't venture into the comments section of the article though- a lot of pro-life rhetoric found there even amongst people who claim to be pro-choice..

Extremely eHealthy
Probably rather less common than women who are pregnancy addicts or baby addicts -- you know the kind, as soon as one is born, they want to get pregnant again, or as soon as it isn't a baby anymore, they want another baby. There are all sorts of mental illnesses out there -- probably better for someone who is insane to abort, than to reproduce repeatedly.

Eh I think either decision is up to the person whose body would have to go through the abortions or the pregnancies.

But I think when mental illness comes into play (ie addiction rather than just deciding to do these things of sound mind) then the bigger problem of addiction needs to be addressed. All addictions are unhealthy, this woman is very lucky not to suffered any serious physical consequence of repeated abortions (15 in 16 years is an awful lot of pregnancies and abortions).
