Given your symptoms (large bump inside the belly button, blood and pus coming out of it, redness and pain around the belly button) you are probably experiencing a bacterial infection of the skin inside the belly button. That bump could be a skin pus-collection (abscess). You should visit your primary health provider as soon as possible. You may need a small surgical intervention (incision) and local treatment with antiseptics and antibiotics.
