It started last on 26/06/09 started to get a pain in my lower abdomin between my penis and my belly button, it got progressivly worse until i was diagnosed with an appendicitis, the following day it was removed through keyhole surgury (I have a scare just above the base of my penis one below my belly button and on to the left of both about an 1" and in the middle), since having it removed im getting the most painfull passing of stools iv ever had, the pain is above my penis mainly but i also get it where my appendix was, the pain is similar to diarrhea but much more aggresive when i get the pain it makes me want to go toilet and at times a lot, but when i do, i pass small and really painfull stools, i know that wind is an issue im passing loads on the toilet and had a night recently after the op where that was all I was doing every couple of minutes, also the pain that i get from where my appendix was is like a cramping that comes and goes i can deal with that just not the other, i really hope the surgens havnt broken me and this isnt life long but this pain hasnt subsided in the slightest.

Hi Adam,

You said that you just had the surgery at the end of June. It's only been about a week so maybe you are just still healing. You might want to give the doctor a call and see if what you are feeling is normal.

You are running a temp that really is considered more than a slight temp. 38 C. is equal to 100.4 Farenheit.

That could be a sign of infection, especially if you are not feeling that well and have some issues that don' sound quite right.

Call the doctor.
