Q: Aortobifemoral graft ?

I underwent a "redo" of aortobifemoral bypass surgery 4 years ago (Sept 2005). I am walking 4 miles for 4 days a week as prescribed. Recently I have started having the sensation of the graft in my right groin.

For a time after my surgery I could feel something in the area of the grafts...like a lump or something poking me..maybe swelling..in the area of the grafts? Now I have started having that sensation again in my right groin under the scar.

This is not pain. Sometimes it is a sensation like a quiver deep under the scar on my right groin. A few times, while walking, I have the sensation of a lump ...just like after the surgery.

This just recently started in the last couple of months. Could this be a sign of a problem with the graft?

Thank you,
