I'm 13 and have mild CP, I get tightness in my legs, arms and fingers and I get tired very easily.... I actually came to this site to find a solution for not getting so tired but I'm glad I've found someone in the same situation and that I can relate to.

I'm not a teen anymore, but I am only 21 and have dealt with mild CP my whole life. I also know how it felt dealing with those issues as a teen girl still deal with the same things as a college student. Let me know if I can answer any questions for you Smile

I was also a teen with cp. my whole left side is effected. you just find a way to make it work. I know what its like to be the only kid riding the elevator when you feel like your disability is far less severe than the others you see. it makes it hard to even say "I hurt" or " I cant do that" because you feel like well most of the cp you see or hear about are so much worse. she just needs to talk to the people around her, teachers, principles, you guys, and make a plan that is comfortable socially and makes her feel normal, while also making life just a bit easier.

It helps to ask for help and talking to people if she needs help because I know I still ask for help everyday.
