ard so im a 14 years old female & i have panic disorder & anxiety. im constantly checking my pulse and focused on my breathing. its a habit i dont really have panic attacks alot i just keep gettin anxiety symptoms : unreality , dizziness , hyperventalation , rapid pulse , feeling light , eye spots & alot more. but does anyone know a fast way to stop these ?
