Hi, I'm 17. I'm a drummer from Leeds and I suffer from Depression and anxiety.
I can't really talk about my feelings anywhere, so I decided to give here a try.
To start off, I recently just got in a relationship and my boy friend is doing everything possible to help me, but I don't want him to as I know he can't deal with all the stress either. My ex has begun stalking me, everywhere I look he's there, he's even admitted to doing it over the computer. Which is stressing me out as well. My granddad has just been taken to hospital due to collapsing in his home and my coursework as well as the band work is stressing me out too much.
It might not look like a lot, but I'm so depressed right now that I just don't know what to do anymore.
I just... I need someone to talk to, someone to help me unbottle my feelings, to get everything out. Maybe it'll help me, I hope it will. Can't see anything getting worse as I feel I've already hit rock bottom.
Please give me a hand. Sad

Put some detail in your story so anyone may be able to assist or at least provide support. Write anything you want, it's your life.

Can you not go to the Police about the ex stalking you. I know you can under British law so why don't you do that.

And you can prevent him yourself doing it by computer. You just change details and keep your real data hidden and replaced by false data. If you do Facebook, just inactivate your record and open a new account with fake data. Most people do. Only suckers stick with real data Lex.

Change email address, Twitter account name, any record that has your real data on it and he won't find you. Phone numbers etc, all of it.

As to physical stalking, confrontation usually solves that. Return the favour with your boyfriend and perhaps a couple of his mates. Warn him off physically and frighten him. Don't make mild pleas. Tell him he must stop or all of you will begin following him everywhere he goes. You see the threat there to him? Nothing illegal. Just power of numbers.

He'll stop, and quick when he realises he's no longer dealing with a victim but has become such himself.

Describe your symptoms for us.

I wished I had been a drummer in a rock 'n roll group. It looks so much fun. But it can be hard work if you are serious as a group.

Drop a written note in his letterbox at his home telling him you and your friends have turned the tables and are now stalking him, all day, every day. It doesn't have to be true just yet but it can be, right?

Here what you need to do
if your ex boyfriend is not a life threatening to you then stop worrying about what ever he do. stop speak with him. just act normal and think you don't know him and act you didn't see him. every time when you see him. don't panic or don't do any react about him.if you pay attention him and that's what he want from you. so don't give that chance to him.
for other stress problem go to bed end of the day.
Think I will forget all the things just for 5 min.
Then focus your mind to body pats and think your self like this.first starts from you foot. "my foot. they are not mine." then forget about your legs. cose for a while they are not yours.then take ankle. and think my ankle's are now not mine. then forget your ankles. then order will be like this. forget one by one according to this order.leg , knee , thigh , abdomen , umbilicus , chest , hands, shoulders , neck , head. Now you have forget all your body parts and you gave them all up. they all are not yours now. Now at the end leave your mind too. think now my mind is not mine. I will gave it up it too. Now you have gave it up all your body and mind both. Now you only feel you just breathing. breath in and breath out. just see how you breath in and out. don't think about anything. just stay and feel this as much as you time you wish. Now then see where is your stress.. it's gone. Smile
