dear sir i have some question please explain
(1) is tere any relation between time of sex and hiv infection means a person is doing sex for 1 minute, he has small risk and a person is doing sex for 1 hour he has more risk.
(2) if a man is circumstance then is this reduce the chances of infection.

Hello and welcome to e health forum.

The chances of having a infection, do increase with the time duration of sex. This is due to the fact that increase in the duration of exposure, can increase the contact with sexual fluids. This means that having sex for 1 hr, would have a higher risk.

Circumcision, does not change the risk of HIV infection.
