I am 14 and I am really tall my friend are starting to say I look anorexic and I don't like that I look on the mirror and feel really skinny I know I have a high metabolism
So me being a really really picky eater all I really like is healthy food I don't even like fatty foods so
What can I do to add some weight and not look soo skinny I can see my ribs and my back perfectly this is not normal I'm Shure so any foods I can eat to add some weight thanks
Just because your friends say you look thin, doesn't mean you're anorexic, the average weight for a 14 year old is 6 - 8 stone, you have to remember that there is BMI, Without knowing your height ill not be able to work out your weight, but you should know it is more dangerous for a girl to be underweight at your age than what it is to be overweight because you are still growing.
But if you're looking to put on weight without the sugary, fatty foods. try eating pastas, potatoes, nuts and rice - this will give you the energy needed and well, eat 6 small meals a day.
