I used to have panic disorder and it lasted about two months, during that time I would get really really sore pains everywhere in my body. I should shake uncontrollably and I'd twitch alot. I got pains in odd places like my brain, chest, beneath rib cage, arms, fingers, eyes and basically anywhere that involves muscles. I no longer have panic disorder but I still get those pains and it didn't start until I started getting bad anxiety. Can these pains be from anxiety? Can anxiety effect your nervous system?

I think that you really need to go and see your doctor instead of trying to self diagnose. If they cannot help then go to Accident and Emergency at your local hospital to get checked out. Something is not right. You should not be experiencing pain like this. Maybe it can be put right with the correct medication once it has been diagnosed. Also, make sure that you are eating a healty balanced diet. ie. fish, chicken, a bit of red meat, rice, pasta, vegetables and fruit. No junk food like oven or microwave food. Drink 8 glasses of water a day. I hope this helps.

It could be fibromyalgia, but I am thinking its just anxiety. Anxiety can cause so much havic on our bodies in so many ways. See your dr, but know that the answer in the end is probably going to be to reduce your anxiety. Walk, move, pray... and remember that God's will is to heal you...if you just ask. Hand it over to God, ask Him to make you clean again...then let it all go. He will heal you and you will be just fine. I promise.
