anxiety throbbing in throat

yes i get this problem too along with not a bad sore throat but uncomfortable feeling along with a tingly tongue

It all started with my ear getting blocked.
For over 1 month I've had these throat pains.. the first doctor that had seen me said " I have a chest infection " it felt like I had a lump in my throat. Within this period of time I have been to see different doctors on countless times. The second last doctor I went to see said to me that " I have Anxiety " and I should stop stressing. How ever saying that I went several times to 6 doctors over and over again because I knew that I wasn't getting better and everyone said the same thing to me fair enough I can comprehend that what I don't understand is this pain and why ? , at first it was a lump and later after taking antibiodicts and getting a blood test,thyroid test my throat felt like there was a bone inside my neck on my Right side and every now and then it would stab me.. I felt as if I couldn't make sudden moves, this was the feeling I got recently and mainly at (Nights) this happens. I'm so stressed over this I get mood swings and always frustrated because it feels like NOBODY understands where I'm coming from.
I honestly want to get threw this but without pains I cant even explain in words the pain that this causes me. generally I keep away from tablets I like to do the healthy way first but with this throat problem in the past 3 days I have been taking PANADEINE FORTE to give me relief I don't want to depend on tablets I want to know what is wrong with me ASAP tomorrow I'll be seeing my doctor again this time I'm going to ask for an ex-ray. Does this happen to any one of use ???????????????
