I destress by using Imaging CD'S..The narator takes you through a sequence and by the time you get to the end you are relaxed..The voice is relaxing and sometimes you don't even have to focus..I went on line and looked for imaging relxation and found several I enjoy..I hope you do see you PCP and maybe even try a CD..

I am using standard process symplex F for adrenal fatigue and I am getting no where. The adrenaplex seems to be just bovine adrenal. I have that by nutricology allergy research. Is the adrenaplex a protomorphogen like Standard process simplex F. Why is this better? Thanks for your response to my question.
