hi, my name is james and i am 24, i have a history of alcoholism which has caused those symptoms (anxiety, depression, panicing etc) and i feel my left arm going numb and sore at times and my back does the same and sometimes i feel nips in my chest but they don't last long, it's a base of come and go, but i am very worried about it because my heart start's to beat fast due to panic attacks from those symptoms and sometimes my chest feels like it goes numb as well, but i do tend to try and ignore it because i know what is causing it but i have alot of fear about it and i need someone to put me in the right direction for help because it feels like i am going to take an heart attack or something!!

Have you seen some sort of doctor- either a regular doc or a psychologist?

I only ask that because you never want to assume that it's panic without getting the physical symptoms checked out first.
