male 36 years old basically healthy with a little meat on my bones 270 lbs.
mostly right sided pains, lower abdominal that streaches to the middle of lower abdominal. I can imagine any type of pain I want if i want left side pain think it and I got it, but I cant seem to think the pains away. Ocassional under right armpit get tension feelings. no lumps of any kind anywhere as far as i see just feelings of one there. Pains are always vauge as to might be there tomorrow or maybe not. Today im feeling tension down my right leg. I stress and anxiety to every cancer imagineable from colon cancer to lymphoma. I had a cold recently and one or two little night sweats look up night sweats on internet and said colds, flu, lymphoma and my stress levels went to the moon. I found myself at the docters the very next day to hear him tell me there is nothing wrong with you. So i asked for a blood test, he said he couldnt give one as to there was nothing to warrent the test, this was the on call docter not my actual dr so i left a message for my doctor for the blood test. everything came back normal other than little higher collesterol, which made me relax for about one to two days now here i am stressing more since I felt sensations under my armpit then leads to the fast bowel movements but all normal colors no blood anywhere or anything like that just flatter softer stools I think this is from so much stress that it has given me IBS and ugggggg I tell you STRESS I hate it.

You are on the right track - when worried seek expert advice. So you went to see your physician, you had blood work, no negative results. All good. Now you have to focus on the positive; don't obsess with your body; get some displacement activity to keep you interested in things other than your pains etc. Sometimes we can imagine far too much if we spend too much time on self-focus. Join a health club, get regular exercise, focus on weight reduction (I am big but not 270 - if this is too much weight do something about it). Check your diet; work on the cholesterol. In other words, spend your energy on positive improvements not negative thoughts. It is possible.
