I am having anxiety attacks more often lately. I am 37 and over the years they get more frequent. I don't like medications and don't like how most doctors treat such a situation, I guess that's the anxiety speaking. Anyway, It is taking over my mind lately and being married I am wondering if it was even possible to medicate without the sexual side effects. I am a female by the way. brownenvy

give herbal supplements a try. There is sam-e, st. john's wort, and what I use, which does the trick most days is 5-htp. just make sure you use it everyday for about a month or you won't know any difference then you can cut down to three or four days a week. i have tried zoloft and hated it. This has worked for me
