Q: anxiety- How do i no it is definately anxiety???

last night i felt as though i couldnt breath proper and i was very scared i got in bed with my mum and after an hour i calmed down and went to sleep i woke up in the morning thinkin about it and my breathing and when i went out with me mum shopping i soon had tocome home because my legs felt like jelly and my breathing didnt feel rite. i started to cry i was so scared. in the past i have been to the doctors complainin about the same symptoms and they have cheked my chest and things and said evrything seems to be fine. after coming away from the doctors i felt like a weight had been lifted of my shoulders but i soon slipped back into hold habbits. i worry that something is wrong with me and its not anxiety i need someone to confirm it for definate that it is anxiety how do i go about it please help !!
