hi doctors recently (last saturday) i was frightend out my sleep by my phone and waspanicing alot.the sunday morning i start feeling like my heart is still pounding faster, my chest got tight, i felt an lump into my throat, i deficate dihoria,my back hurts(some times lower, some times upper back),my ribs hurt and alot of chest pain uner my right breast, midlle and left. i feel like burping but when i try its jus small gas exits my mouth. the monday i went to the doctor and he told me it was jus an panic attack and he said i must jus relax, but friday i was still felling the same an when u read up my symtoms it fell under anxiety but thn i read that anxiety fell under heart attack as well. im 19, i dont smoke i dont have diabetis but im really worried what must i do?

Hi, and thanks for your medical question on eHealth forum

You must be feeling well by now. Either you had a panic attack or you had a case of stomach flu or the panic attack started the stomach symptoms.

Drink plenty of fluids. Take lactobacillus and curd. Eat light. Take ORS. Take over the counter antacid. Eat small light meals like a lightly buttered toast, yoghurt, porridge, cornflakes.

If symptoms settle down then it is fine. Else consult a doctor. Hope this helps. Take care!
