hi doctors recently (last saturday) i was frightend out my sleep by my phone and waspanicing alot.the sunday morning i start feeling like my heart is still pounding faster, my chest got tight, i felt an lump into my throat, i deficate dihoria,my back hurts(some times lower, some times upper back),my ribs hurt and alot of chest pain uner my right breast, midlle and left. i feel like burping but when i try its jus small gas exits my mouth. the monday i went to the doctor and he told me it was jus an panic attack and he said i must jus relax, but friday i was still felling the same an when u read up my symtoms it fell under anxiety but thn i read that anxiety fell under heart attack as well. im 19, i dont smoke i dont have diabetis but im really worried what must i do?
