I've been dealing with anxiety for the last few months and have lost about 15 pounds or so. I used to be 170 and now I'm like 150-155. I have not lifted weights in 3 months since I had started using Bodylastics resistance bands. Even so, I have not used those either in 6 weeks. I'm feeling out of shape right now and need to get back into lifting weights. How should I proceed? What would you recommened as a starting point?

I'm 34, 5'11", ectomorph. Please please please help me with this.

The topic is called anxiety gain weight but you said you have lost weight...

To start your routine again, start by doing a bit every day,do not do a lot straight away because that will do no good, anyway.
