When I go to the doctor, what can I be checked for?.......I am actually anxious to go, of fear that they will find something like hiv, or who knows what.

Doctor’s duty is to check all the possible reasons for your symptoms. Anxiety and depression can cause symptoms like yours (fatigue, pains, sleeping difficulties…) but other options should be excluded first. It is unlikely that doctors will diagnose you with an HIV-infection.
