Hi and welcome to the forum! I am glad to help you.

You like to know whether anxiety can make people so tired all the time like they could drop and be ill all the time.

Anxiety is nervousness or agitation often about something that is going to happen. Anxiety is often the cause of increased blood pressure and may cause heart problems. Anxiety and nervousness can be caused in condition called hyperthyroidism which is characterizes by increased blood pressure, tachycardia, tremor, warm and sweated skin due to increased level of thyroid hormones.

Given the symptoms that you described it is not likely that anxiety can make people feel so tired. You may see your doctor to check upon your blood pressure. You may also see an endocrinologist to check the function of thyroid gland. You may consider taking vitamin B6 to calm down.

Please keep in mind that I am trying to provide you with medical information here. I am not able to give you medical advice online. Please contact your doctor or a qualified healthcare provider such as endocrinologist for further advice, diagnosis and treatment options.
