Q: anxiety attacks

My friend suffer panic attacks and he takes 20 mg aropax twice daily, he also takes a 5mg. sleeping pill (not sure which one)at night, he recently blacked out a couple times and he drifts around the room when he walks, he also suffers hypertension but has not been taking his meds for a while as his bp was under control, can anyone please tell me what he may be suffering Question
