Q: Anxiety attack ?

hi last saturday night i was frightened by my phone n then was panicing. i went to the docotr and he said it was an anxiety attack but then friady i start feeling pain in my back n my chest got a bit tighter an more nervous as i thought i am getting an heart attack. can u please helpme n tell me if its a new symtom or if i need a doctor plz. thank u in advance
