Am not sure which one I suffer from, they sound very similar to each other. The problem is I'm finding it hard to relax, the scary thing is it's like i've forgotten how to relax? Is that even possible or is it all in my head. I've been really worried for the past week. I got worried as recently I had eye strain and back pain from working at a home computer too much. Now before all this happened I did not know what anxiety was or anything, as I didn't really suffer from it. I turned to the internet and started doing a general search on google about my symptoms. I was lead to a site called; wrongdiagnosis, this site got me thinking I had all these diseases, life threatning diseases. To an extent that I was worried I could be dieing from something, at that time it was very late to see my GP, to which I had to go a full night worrying. That's when i started to feel butterflies in my stomach, faster heartbeat, breathing quite heavily, then I started to shake, these side effects got me even more worried that I litterally didn't sleep that night. I couldn't lie down I thought I was going to collapse and die. The next day I went to see my GP, he told me that I was having some sort of anxiety attack, and didn't prescribe me any drugs as it was my first time experiencing it. So I went home to find me going to the toilet and experiencing diarrhea. This of course got me worrying yet again... so today I looked up anxiety to find there is also panic attacks, I found all my symptoms there. I feel slightly better but I still have this tingly feeling in my stomach. I also need to mention that I had a strong coffee (3 1/2 tea spoons to one cup) the week before, and my body is not use to coffee really is it's not something I drink often. I feel as if that could of caused me to have this disorder now.

I've experienced quite alot of attacks in quite a few days and it's starting to freak me out. I've practically changed my lifestyle, healthier meals, more exercising etc, to an extent that could be a good thing?

I also need to know if Panic or Anxiety attacks can effect you in later life? Ie loss of hair, loss of sight, pain in bones/muscles, or heart problems.

Thanks.

Some additional information;
-I'm 20
-Male
-Engineering Student
-Short Sighted
-I have a twin brother
-I also think I suffer from social anxiety

What was going through your mind before this happened? Did anything happen before the injuries? Money problems? Work stress? All this can attribute and lurk at the same time. I know it can be useful to be on a calming drug for just a small amount of time to get your head clear. Eating and sleeping are key to feeling normal again, if you cant do that, it's hard to feel any better. Also, if the injuries were very traumatic, that can be a huge problem and may need to speak to someone to help ease your mind.

I've had those kinds of panic and anxiety attacks before and I blamed it on my pregnancies. Nevertheless, I continued to have them as a young mother and it started to affect my daily tasks. That was when I started researching online too. I found something... some sort of a technique that can serve as a cure all for different kinds of illnesses including insomnia, low self esteem, low IQ, etc. So I tried it and after 3 mos. I felt much better. I don't know if it will help you but according to the reviews I've gathered, it already helped a lot of people.

Let me share whatI know about this technique which is called the barinwave entrainment system by the way.

Seven (7) decades have passed since the Brainwave Entrainment System has been first introduced. Basically, this system deals with the electrical responses that our brain makes in response to the rhythmic sensory stimulation which is like a vibration or pulsation of both sound and light. Unknowingly, we all have been using it since the beginning of time. When you view the horizon as the sun rises or sets, when you listen to the humming of the birds, when you walk along the beach and hear the roar of the waves, when you go dancing or partying with friends, when you watch TV or listen to the radio, in everything you do, it involves brainwave entrainment in action.

When our brain gets stimulation through our senses electrical responses get transmitted. They are the presentations of rhythmic stimuli our brain represents. These rhythms, as they get consistent, eventually appear to be like the natural internal rhythms of our brain. These are what we call brainwaves. When this happens, the electrical cycles in our brain are harmonized and integrated in same rhythm.

I used to wonder if this type of mind training is safe. Well, after doing it for a couple of months, I can definitely say that it is. Brainwaves are a natural part of our lives and they always get activated no matter what we do. You will just have to channel these brainwaves properly so you are able to maximize its full benefits and potential. Take for example the recent passing away of the King of Pop, Michael Jackson. At that time, anywhere you went, his music was being played (in the radio, on TV, even in the streets and at every home). People did this to show their grief and sadness. By having done so, they were entertaining their brain in both happy and sad ways. It’s the same thing with the use of Brainwave System. The only difference is that with the latter, the process and results are more targeted, specific and scientific and are not simply for personal pleasure. You will get what you want and it won’t be just any random goal. For instance, if you want to increase your IQ, there are specific sounds and music that you will have to listen to. Another kind of music and brainwave sounds will be used for curing insomnia, or for overcoming anxiety and panic attacks and so on and so forth. On the other hand, if you have some serious sickness that is related to brainwaves like, epilepsy, seizures , bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and any other brain sickness, make sure that you consult with your physician first before using the Brainwave Entrainment System. For those who are in the clear and are free to use the system, if you want to increase your IQ, you just have to listen to the CD regularly, say, 30 minutes every night before going to bed, for at least two months.

You will start to see effects depending on how receptive you are about the whole process. It will also depend on your consistency of listening. However, like me and those who are religiously following instructions, you will begin to see desired changes in yourself as soon as your first session is over. Like for me, I immediately felt calm, I could once again think clearly, I was more focused with my tasks and I started remembering stuff that I always used to forget before. Other more concrete changes will start to show after two weeks of consistent listening. The reason for this is that the more you listen to the assigned recordings, the quicker your brain tends to adapt to the sounds and the easier for your brain to produce similar rhythms and frequencies. Have you ever experienced having a song in your head that plays over and over? It’s like having a last song syndrome, only this time, the effects are better, lasting and more scientific in nature.
